About Radi Radev Radi Radev was born on 2 April 1929 in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 1967 Radi Radev created a dance ensemble at the "Shopski Ensemble" Sofia. In 1955, Radi Radev was admitted to the State Ensemble for Folk Songs and Dances "Philip Kutev".
